I thought I had booked two rewards nights at the Hilton Belfast last week, but it looks like they charged my card for the stay as well. Which is weird, as staff wouldn't take my Hilton branded Amex for parking at the end of the stay. I remember this was a problem a few years ago where it would take your points and still charge for the stay, is this still an issue?
If anyone has gone through this should I take this up directly with the hotel or with corporate?

Always start with the hotel for billing issues. All corporate will do is send it to the hotel and it'll take longer.
