I can't book flights originating in Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore on the Citi Travel website. I called Customer Service and they said it's not just the website - Citi Travel agents cannot book these either. Some policy regarding these specific countries (and I'm sure there are more).
not just flights originating from these countries. i just tested, and you cant find any flights to these countries as well
