It has been there at least for the past few years.
I usually kick back in that well-lit (and high-ceiling) corridor because it really stands out in that trifecta of terminal trash.
IIRC, there's even a gate or two around the lottery booth...the flights are generally regional hoppers to other cities in Illinois, or Indiana.
