Isn't that just a cap on the number of bonus nights you can earn by joining paid-for programs?

So if I currently have 33 status nights, of which 10 were earned by renewing ALL PLUS ibis (and 23 from hotel stays), I should still be able to earn another 20 nights by joining ALL Accor+ Explorer. That would give me a total of 52 status night? Am I right there?
