Every time I'm at SFO (so far), they're OK with my handwritten label. At SEA N, every time -- except the last time I was there -- they were OK with it too. Except the last time, the agent insisted she needed to see my AA number from the AA app
I did the same thing and never had a problem but discovered if you call Citi they'll send you a replacement card with you AA # on the back.
