For great Vietnames .. try the Vietnames restaurant in the Dusit Thani hotel in Bangkok... or Dalat IndoChine restaurants -- two locations and truly exquisite food. Lady (7-80+) who owns them has a small gallery there and is drawn from the French influence in Vietnam in the 30's-early 60's.....
