Was there today and was wildly disappointed by the slow service, poor selection of availability (many things were not available on the menu) and the lack of English speaking staff - to be clear I'm not a unilingual philistine but it's hard for me to understand who they're catering to if the staff can't speak English. I wasn't given the WiFi password upon entry and it took forever for a server to take our order and it took even longer to get the food which was subpar at best. If you're going to be providing slow service, just scrap the table service and go self-serviced. I would've been happy to self-serve mediocre food onto my own plate; I was less than impressed when I received a bill even though I was a Personal Plat member.
