Split between Seven Mile Beach and quieter spots
For beach + resort: Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa is great option, stunning and modern, Hotel Indigo feels more boutique and low-key. I stayed there once—fewer guests, more relaxed vibe; found the pool and restaurants lovely.
For more quieter luxury: Palm Heights Grand Cayman. I checked it out recently and the service and design are great, great food at Tillie’s and Coconut Club. If you're celebrating something, it's a lovely peaceful place. Other option to consider is Caribbean Club, classic boutique resort luxury, still beachfront + excellent Italian restaurant. You want white-sand beach, this is your best fit.
