I recently spent a few nights in Guangzhou and stayed at Rosewood - definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the city; spa and infinity pool are absolutely stunning, service was great as well.
I also stayed at Mandarin Oriental, just outside Taikoo Hui mall, everyone seemed well‑trained and service outstanding as well. You should try Jiang by Chef Fei.
