I've made friends with other people on the same boat. It's funny how travel trouble gets people to chat.

Köln Hbf is a lovely building, and the surroundings are nice, right at the foot of the cathedral. I decided against a beer, which would have been funny after last night. Bavaria won't budge on sizes, a small beer is 0.5L, a normal one is 1L. Kölsch on the other hand is usually served in 0.2L
