Thanks for digging that up -- I'm not thrilled but I actually feel a little bit better knowing (a) the property is just incompetent in execution and not flaunting brand standards and (b) that this isn't a service I should rely on/expect at a HGI (and probably by extension any of the focused/limited service brands like H2S, HIS, TRU, ...)

Now I just need to try to figure out if the requirement to provide still applies for the higher tier properties (Hilton, DT, ES, HWS(?), WA, Conrad...) or if that just becomes a non-factor in my property selections and I (gasp) need to find a way to do this near home, when I'm home, instead.
