Did you ever resolve this? I called BA to pay to change the date of a recent return flight to a few days earlier but never received any kind of receipt for the extra payment. I need to log this expense with my employer but without a receipt it's impossible.
In my experience, sometimes the e-ticket with the updates/change fees on don’t automatically come through or take quite a while.
If you call the BAC line they can usually re-send whilst on the phone and it normally arrives instantly for me then.
