Welp, don't think you're going to be a fan. HGI standard pasted below.

203.00 DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY SERVICE



If the property chooses to offer dry cleaning services, a detailed laundry service ticket including pricing and approximate return time must also be provided in each guest room.

For laundry bag requirements, refer to Standard 302.03

  • 203.01 SERVICE AVAILABILITY



    Service must be available a minimum of 5 days a week (excluding national holidays) and must be same-day or 24-hour, where possible.
