If this is not an IT issue, then this is a bad development and directly contradicts WoH terms.

Suite Upgrades cannot be applied until the hotel is officially open - which will be on the 8th. Confirmed with the hotel themselves. I am checking in on th 9th using a Cat 1-7 and then points the next day so I have can apply the SUA then.
