Just stopped by here yesterday and was overall very happy. PDX is my home airport and I'd been living off the Priority Pass restaurant benefit at Capers which, of course, is now gone. The recent construction (semi) completion makes this lounge (located in the D gates) a pretty quick walk from the B/C gates.

Food options were decent, drinks were better than most lounges with some high end stuff being included - Makers Mark whisky, for example. The service was outstanding with people circulating and offering drinks. I'll definitely keep this in mind and be more than happy to get to the airport a bit early.
