I've been a lounge pass holder as a platinum some of years, but breakfast has been always included (whether at club or buffet) elsewhere, and I imagine it's the case with paid club floor rooms.
VN usually have cheap and good (often better than hotels') breakfast, so it may not be too disappointing
, but you may want to check with the manager and hq.
Edit: I remember I stayed at CP Istanbul Old City in 2024, I was a platinum, and the lounge didn't serve breakfast, although club floor guests received breakfast included. I was initially told breakfast wasn't included, but after I expressed my disappointment with examples at all other hotels I stayed, I was given a free buffet as a goodwill gesture. So I guess if you aren't diamond and want free breakfast included, it's prudent to inquire at the time of booking.
