Wife lost priority
Mrs Schumpeter and I bought our flights YYC-YYZ return on the same PNR. I requested upgrades for both on inbound and outbound. She is also my nominee and I am SEMM
On the outbound flight only one available seat and we received one upgrade.
Apparently because of the (according to the concierge) our reservation was split. On the inbound flight I am now nr1 and she is on the hopeless nr 5 on the upgrade list (she is 50k).
It is upsetting to me that AC split our booking because of a poor IT system and now we will only get one upgrade.
