When I tried to make a claim with Samsonite for the wheels going bad on my eBag Mother Lode carry-on, they could not replace the wheels but did offer me a similar, but lesser, Samsonite carry on. If I need another good carryon in the future, I’ll definitely buy the new Samsonite Mother Lode.
Now that Samsonite is producing these bags, I wonder if replacement wheels are now available?
