The individual hotels still have a great deal of control. If you are a regular and frequent guest at a hotel, it will often hold a suite for you and not assign it to anyone else. Each hotel naturally wants to treat its best customers well.

The fact that a benefit can not be used equally is a huge problem actually. It’s the inconsistency and lack of reliable use of a supposed benefit is why I’m incensed.
I stupidly relied on NUA again only to have Lucy yank the football again. Will never happen again. Marriott has lost my loyalty.
