Rather annoyingly BA IT is screwing me over with an upgrade. Malta to London in December was £165. Went through the process, input credit card details, confirm payment and the next page said "BA website is busy, please try again".

Now the upgrade is £250.

I get that things change but it's a terrible look to increase the cost within a minute.
