I am trying to determine if I can apply directly to the Indian Government eVisa site (https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/) or whether I must to go in-person to BLS in Brampton, Ontario which covers the area in which I reside (https://www.blsindia-canada.com/).

I am looking to accompany a colleague to BOM or DEL (they will go onward to their final destination).
