So I might need to get to YVR next summer for a VFR thing (not OPM), since it's not fully confirmed I'll book using points for the flex.

I could book the BA LHR-YYZ, I think it's 100k + a billion TFC.

Or I could book IB to LAX or SFO, then make my own way up to YVR.

LAX seems to be using the A359, and the avios rate is cheaper and it's daily; SFO uses the ancient A330 (and prone to go tech), none daily, and higher rate; LAX then right

Problem is from LAX to YVR there's just a 20H on AS via SEA...from SFO there are better options. The only non stop is AA at 9am. Will AA AS loads more flights later on? Or I can overnight in LAX...not really worth it and might end up cheaper just to book the BA service to YVR direct?
