I know in narrow bodies they block the galley when a cockpit crew needs to go to the lavatory, but I've never paid attention on wide bodies since I have almost always flown wide bodies on long routes and there is at least one at the front. I did not realize there was a layout for a wide body aircraft with no lavatory up front.

I'm curious though, does the 764, or any 767 have a crew rest? I know the 747/ 777/ 787 almost always do
