Where does dry cleaning fit in with (any) Hilton brand standards?

This is definitely a first world problem but four of the last six times I've tried to avail myself of the convenience of letting the hotel deal with getting slacks cleaned and pressed it's been an utter failure.

#1 - HGI A (January) - "Oh, our last vendor went out of business about 45 days ago, I have no idea why the dry cleaning bags and order slips are still in the rooms; I'll make sure we get them all pulled this week, but we we should have a new vendor onboard in about 2 weeks, but for now I'll give you 10,000 points for the inconvenience" (never deposited)
#2 - HGI B - "We called them, but they never came" (2 days in a row)
#3 - HIS - The slip in the room said to allow 48 hours (odd, but I suppose understandable in a smaller town) which would have been fine -- until I got a call that it's actually a 96 hour turn around now
#3 - HGI A (This week) - "Our last vendor went out of business about 45 days ago, we don't do dry cleaning anymore -- you have to use an app called Poplin. I have no idea why the dry cleaning bags and order slips are still in the rooms, but I'll give you 5,000 points for the inconvenience" (conversation was Wednesday; as of today haven't been deposited)

The app that apparently is Hilton-endorsed for "Dry Cleaning" referenced by the HGI GM, Poplin, doesn't do dry cleaning -- only wash-and-fold laundry...which I am perfectly capable of doing on my own.

Obviously I need to reconsider my overall strategy and probably need to find a different property to replace HGI A based on the repeated failure in follow-through and "45 days" borderline failing the sniff test (bummer, I spend 20-30 nights a year at that location -- and there's an awfully convenient Wawa, but all of the others in the immediate area share the same ownership)

But TLDR question: Are any Hilton-family brands required to provide dry cleaning-type services in the US or is this something that nearly every hotel has just done but can't be counted on?
