Dear all,

Every time I fly with LH, LX, OS the pursers comes to greet me personally in Economy Class, welcomes me onboard and thanks me for my loyalty as Senator. This started some months ago. They usually give me a refreshing towel/bottle of water, sometimes a C Class chocolate or drink. A nice and welcome gesture. Appreciated! Unfortunately nothing of that all on Brussels Airlines which is once more not consistent with this clearly new LH Group approach.
