Hello, apologies, I'm probably asking a dumb question; however, figured I'd ask it.

I'm flying VA J out of BME, I know VA doesn't have a lounge; however, AI has indicated that I would somehow have access to the QF lounge there. I couldn't find any backup for this, but figured it was worth an ask. Would I have any lounge access in BME? I know I can access the VA lounge in PER within a certain time period of arrival.
