What is your Priority Club status? Diamond (Amb)

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes, although I am not quite as taken as some other FT'ern. It's modern and newish. Location is good, not perfect. Breakfast is quite good (but that's the case for many, many other hotels in Vienna as well). Elite recognition was not so good IMO.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked standard, received standard with balcony. The balcony offers little privacy (and little protection if your neighbors) smoke. It is essentially one balcony separated by plants only.

How are the rooms? Quite modern. My main gripe is that the noise insulation vs. adjacent rooms is bad. Not so nice with noisy guests in neighboring rooms which I had.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad? Good: Modern, fresh hotel, comfy bed, friendly staff. Bad: The noise issue described above. The minimal room upgrade I wouldn't call bad (it's an Indigo, after all) but was certainly not good.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? I paid an average cash rate for Vienna, I think. I might return with the right rate but it's not that I enthusiastically recommend the property.
