If the Business class section is enlarged, the reservations for Economy seats are just moved backwards.
I.e. If one has selected a seat in the second row in Y and C was originally comprising of 3 rows (=> seat was reserved in row 5), the seat reservation would move to row 8, if C would be enlarged to 6 rows. One would not have the right for a refund of the seat selection fee.
