To an extent I agree.
But I don't think most of these people have status.
Particularly under the new system - even to get to Silver you have to almost make some conscious decisions and know about airline loyalty and perks. I completely accept some folk will continue to fly as they did - what I don't think is that BAC members will remain the same in each tier.
We can only see, in the end.
