I've now switched to JL9 from ORD-HND which departs at 0130, as I could position there for a lot less than getting to LHR. Shame this won't be in the new suite.
I think I'll want to sleep after take off but don't want to miss out on the Salon - it looks like there is only one other passenger, but I guess i won't be able to say "save me a bottle for later?"
Presumably there will be no issue with me asking to have the main meal later in the flight?
I have talked about this on other threads, but with this schedule, I find that it's best to stay up and eat/drink during the first half of the flight, then sleep until as close to landing as possible, so that your body clock switches over to Asia time. If you sleep for the first half and then stay awake for the second half of the flight, you will arrive at 5 am with your body thinking it's the afternoon, and the first day in Asia is bound to be rough.
