For the purposes of the next person who stumbles onto this thread..... One Grand Cayman (Not 1 Hotels) is the next hotel opening to watch, but not until April 2026. For now I would gladly go to Palm Heights for an adult stay. Maybe I wouldn't go in August, but that's just me.
I wish you could have planned my wife's conference to occur in February.
