How does Chase associate the benefits of the card you have to your RR number, especially if you are paying with points? Is there a link of some sort active? What happens if somebody has two cards (a personal and biz). The card with the higher tier of benefits applies?

Then what happens if I book with Points but I pay with a different card, like a Citi card? Because I have a Chase card, Southwest knows I have this benefit somehow?
