I used it recently, but on another airline. They also partner with a helicopter service on weekdays that leaves from a few strategic points in São Paulo so you do not risk spending two hours in traffic. That was the service I used (even though I avoid helicopters like the plague, it was a situation I could no escape).
I did not partake in the food options and just had a coffee. But the folks in the terminal were selling it high, as “Michelin quality”.
It is a very smooth process. There are two dedicated channels: one for domestic flights and one for international, at either side of the terminal. All cars are Volvo XC60 indeed.
I will also test the arrival service in about a month from now, which to be is more value added, especially with the new time of AF’s LP-equipped flight, which gets in the peak arrival hours and behind a dozen earlier flights …
For arrivals, the only downside is that 100% of the luggage is inspected by customs via X-ray. So beware if you are bringing items that exceed the value quota or food that might not be allowed in.
Don’t have a lot of pictures as this was a business trip and I had other people with me.
By the way, you can book directly with the terminal using the AF discount. That’s how I booked my upcoming arrival service.
