What is your Priority Club status?
Platinum Ambassador

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked double room on the best flexible rate but no upgrade before check in. At check-in they told me no upgrade for this bed type unless I was ok with two single format. I decided to go with the upgrade to a larger room with two single beds. In hindsight, I should have stuck with the double room as they might of given me 10k points for not being able to upgrade me. High level rooms were indeed sold out on the dates that I wanted.

How are the rooms?
Perfectly acceptable for my stay. Not much space for two people but for one person it was good. Beds were comfortable, small area to store luggage, bathrooms were a tight fit but overall I was happy.

How is the exec. lounge?
Service in the lounge was great. They were able to make a couple of reservations that were phone call only for me.

Breakfast was a limited selection but perfectly fine for my stay. Breakfast downstairs is very much crowded after 7am but upstairs was more peaceful. Plats and above get a special drink, made to order eggs, small salad selection, western meats, and a couple other choices

Tea time was very basic with a handful of sweets and non alcoholic drinks

Cocktail service had a selection of wines, sakes, beers, and non alcoholic drinks. A small selection of cold meats, cheese, noodle section, and a very small plate of cooked meat

What was good and what was bad?
Location is great as its close to Hakata station.
Rooms are clean

Only thing bad was the wifi. It was very weak in the room and kept disconnecting every time I left my room.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Yes, if rates for the room are 100 use or below which isn't common.
