We did change from QR to domestic Batik flight in CGK past May. Two separate tickets and about 2 hrs to clear immigration and move to domestic terminal in the morning. The airport was empty and we got to domestic terminal in about 25 min after the arrival. We traveled with only carry-on luggage and had electronic visas to enter Indonesia. But CGK could be busy other time of the day. DPS (Bali) is certainly a nicer airport with the domestic terminal next to international.
