Food and drink on BA15 to Singapore (30 July 25).









Dinner was good. I was surprised at a choice of only two starters. Yes it is a night flight with a late-ish departure but given the length of the flight I’d have thought they could stretch to 3 choices like most other flights. I didn’t fancy fish followed by fish so went for the soup which was good. Salmon a little dry but was fine.

For breakfast, fruit and yogurt were good. For the hot options, me and my neighbour were only offered the full English, sorry British, or omelette. No pancakes. Went for the Full British which was a mistake. Took one bite of the scrambled eggs which were disgusting. Bacon rock hard and the sausage was the size of my little finger and the dish was returned mostly uneaten.

Fortunately the crew were more generous with measurements once airborne.



Crew were adequate but not especially proactive.
