Your lamb appears to be missing a carrot and some “crispy” broccoli. My picture is from BA298 on 29/07/2025. It was quite tasty and one of my better BA meals. I also had the Lobster starter and chocolate ganache twist.
The PDB Champagne was not Lanson Noble from the menu and crew told me, presumably incorrectly, that this is “due to US law”. I believe it’s BA not willing to pay US taxes and duty for Champagne served on the ground. The crew was lovely though and the person serving me the whole flight received a golden ticket.
The AA Flagship lounge at ORD T3 is unfortunately not a patch on the previous First Dining in T5. Champagne there was a rather acidic Piper Heidsieck, not really appropriate to an F product.
