You can rebook simply by pulling up the PNR. That's why you should never share your PNR publicly. I have never dealt with an e-voucher and have no idea how to access one of those. Again, I'll just book a hotel myself and submit for reimbursement. UK261 prob doesnt apply here, but that's another variable. If I'm trying to get 261 compensation, does trying to get hotel reimbursement factor into it? Will they just lump it all together and say the $1000ETC will cover everything?
As for the taxi, the taxi driver insisted on credit card payment. After payment, they were told the receipt would be emailed, but nothing was received.
