the hotel credit is applied instantly. for the splurge credit, i seem to recall prestige's travel credits post when statement close, so there is chance it will be same with strata elite
i believe you can technically triple dip, but it's just too much headache to plan given the small window in 2025 and 2027 and there are some risks of claw back and reduced SUB, so i dont think it's worth it. any mistake and one will end up worse off. dont be too greedy
