Why do you need to get into their account? All you need is the PNR to pull up the reservation.

Book your own and submit for reimbursement.
Some tasks ask for login now. Can you even do rebooking, see hotel voucher with only PNR/Last NAme. I haven't tried for a while.
Another issue is I didn't have the PNR. I use to go into their email to grab it but the 2FA expired.
I usually go with what they give me. I always though that submitting for reimbursement was risky. How do I know the limits for meal, transport, hotel? Maybe they'll reject the request. I dont have stats on the success rate, maybe its alot better than I think.
Also, they were able to enter the lounge the next day.
They're still at newark. they cleared standby to an earlier flight and then it was cancelled. Luckily they were able to switch back.
