Ok, so I'll answer my own question for posterity. The Dest Fee $30 F&B credit and $20 MJ Oconnor's voucher and Plat/Tit Free Breakfast Welcome Gift do stack and I took all 3. Later, I regretted taking the Free Breakfast as the hotel restaurant is not open for dinner. Since I wouldn't be having lunch there, the $30 F&B credit and the Free Breakfast became redundant. Net, only used the Free Breakfast and the $20 MJ OConnor's voucher, but could have used the $30 F&B credit for breakfast and taken points (worth, what, a whopping $7?) as the Welcome Gift. Not the end of the world.
