Both ORD and LGA were a bit of a mess yesterday but had a very nice outcome driven by the always amazing UC agents at LGA.
I'm the first to bag on GS and highlight how much better CK has been but yesterday GS for sure got me home in time for a dinner date with my wife which wouldn't have happened otherwise!
I have always said that the LGA GS (now Premium Services) staff is one of the most outstanding in the system. Hats off to Michael who is always there to help.
