(b) underestimating the complexity of inter-airline combinations;
(c) underestimating the difficulty of delivering a proper fix; and
(d) irritating whoever it is that has to keep closing your support tickets as duplicates instead of actually working on the issue.
Totally fair — but if we stop reporting, the system might just retire quietly and no one will be able to get an upgrade. I guess making noise is our only tool.
