Obviously HAL will have this in full detail, but it’s not public. Generally speaking though, no there’s no difference. It’s all computerised and the system knows which bags to pull for which flight regardless of when they were deposited.

The main risk factors by far are short connections and travelling at a time of system failure - the latter in particular not being something you have any control over.
