I suspect you are:
(a)
underestimating overestimating how much anyone at UA cares about a fairly obscure part of the website which generates only costs, and not revenue;
(b) underestimating the complexity of inter-airline combinations;
(c) underestimating the difficulty of delivering a proper fix; and
(d) irritating whoever it is that has to keep closing your support tickets as duplicates instead of actually working on the issue.
