The difference between the app and the delta.com was 9,756.
There isn't anything in my accruals, redeposits or anything that equals that number.
I don't have any Delta credit card.
The only unusual thing happen recently is that I had a broken Delta One seat recently AMS-SEA.
It wouldn't recline and I was surprised that gave me a credit card refund of $504 which they said was the difference between Premium Select and Delta One.
Customer Service said this wouldn't have changed my SkyMiles total.
