You can check on www.thaiairways.com if any flights are operated with 747 or 744 on those dates. As I recall one evening flight leaving around 20:00 from HKT for BKK is a 747 and has a flight number starting with a 9 (9xx)
You cannot pre-assign those F seats but ask for them at check-in.
Service is C class (drink and snack only)
