I've only stayed at Amankila and Bvlgari, so I can't comment on the others, but as you know Amankila is an absolute no-go with mobility issues. We were there with a newborn and going up and down the stairs with a stroller wasn't exactly fun. Bvlgari has quite some elevation changes as well, but if I remember correctly, you can get anywhere without having to take stairs (with the exception of the spa pool maybe?).

Anyway, be prepared to be shocked. I went to Bali for the first time in 2018 and returned earlier this year and I was already shocked by how much it has changed in those few years. I can't even imagine having been there 30+ years ago...
