We visited the hotel a few weeks ago and spent 20K Hyatt points for the night. On arrival off of the ferry, there was a man with a sign for the hotel, who quickly escorted us to a mini bus/buggy to take us on the 5 min drive to the hotel. As a Globalist, we were upgraded two categories on arrival. Rooms are very well done - spacious and high quality. Pictures online did the room justice. Only odd thing was a small Japanese tea room off to the side; while pretty, the space was not really useable.

We had dinner on property at the main restaurant which was solid and reasonably priced.

Breakfast selection was decent and we could order as much as we pleased off the menu.

No issue with a 4pm checkout.

Definitely the only Western guests staying at the hotel. Some cautionary words - it is quite tough to get to the hotel. First, if coming from Hong Kong, you have to get to Zhuhai, then take a ferry from one of two ports to get to the island where the hotel is located (neither port is the same port as the ferry from Hong Kong to Zhuhai). The last ferry to the island leaves at 4:20pm. This was not known to us, so we ended up missing the boat. We asked about alternatives - one of which was a helicopter - for $200 a person. We were game but the helicopter ended up going mechanical, so we got stuck in Zhuhai for the night.

Make sure to message the hotel in advance for the ferry schedules and use WeChat to communicate with the hotel.
