I currently have 7E on the BA16 from SYD to LHR - 789 CW. Whilst it's a nice private seat when the dividers are up I did find a few months ago when I was in the same seat on the SYD sector I was a bit forgotten about by the crew and on the daytime sector it was a bit dark.
Interestingly on the SYD-SIN Sector the deividers were put up after briefing and before take-off which is a first for me, on the SIN-LHR sector I put them up myself after 5-10 mins in the air, does anyone know what the actual protocol is here?
There isn't much choice on other seats appart from 13A.....
Stay with 7E or swap?
Divider only needs to be down for safety briefing, apart from the A380 when it has to be down when below (I think) 10,000ft
